We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Trainee to help our French Sales team be more productive and achieve their high targets on time. The ideal candidate has a passion for startups and growth, is eager to learn and want to evolve in a promising and international environment.

This is a great opportunity to take part in building an advanced Lead Generation machine in a fast growing company and learn about all aspect of Revenue Operations. Working hand-in-hand with our Data and Sales teams, you will bring qualified leads, enrich our CRM to boost growth and bring new ideas to challenge the existing.

What you will do:

Sourcing - Provide our French Business Development Representatives with accounts to activate
- Enrich our CRM with qualified and enriched leads - company information, contact information
- Provide truthful and engaging data to the team
- Explore, scrape, investigate to find fresh ideas and new lead sources

Support and tools - Help our BDR to perform better
- Master our tools to unblock Sales team in their day to day
- Implement and monitor prospection tools
- Assist Team Leaders

Revenue Operations Insights - Be an expert on your scope
- Run analysis to understand your market, Sales performances, tool efficiency and more
- Run impactful projects to bring value to our Revenue team (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Keep our knowledge base up to date with our processes

What we're looking for:

    • Fluent in French and English
    • Last year student - Master's degree in Business, Marketing preferable
    • Previous internship in Operations, Sales, Growth, Marketing is preferred but not mandatory
    • Strong will to learn & develop in Operations, Sales or Growth
    • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet
    • Curious, problem-solver and attention to detail, willing to take risks and be challenged everyday
    • Motivation and ambition to continue career at Spendesk
