Duties:
- Work with the Director of Business Development, sales team and marketing team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals;
- Email outreach and LinkedIn campaigns (Apollo.io,Sales Navigator, Instantly, Zoominfo, etc);
- Identify leads and build a pipeline with outbound campaigns from medium to large enterprises targeting multiple business units;
- Use ABM approach;
- Scheduling qualified demo meetings;
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps;
- Warming up with useful content and sending regular customized follow-ups (Nurchure)
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of sales experience (SDR, lead gen, cold emailing and prospecting, sales, or BDR);
- Understanding of ABM approach;
- Strong skills in SDR and lead generation best practices and procedures;
- Advanced level of English and Ukrainian with superior writing skills.
- Must have experience in:
- Outreaching on LinkedIn;
- ABM approach;
- Working with BDR tools;
- Email campaigns.
- Nice to have experience:
- With tools Apollo.io, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Expandi, etc. or similar;
- Working in SaaS products;
- Understanding Social media algorithms is a huge plus.
