SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a Floating Physical Therapist to join our team. This is a full-time salaried position that handles coverage and growth needs throughout the north New Jersey region. With our continued expansion of multiple new clinics each year, this position will have opportunity to move into a single-location position in the future. Our regional leadership will also provide you with the guidance and mentorship you need to take your career to the next level.

Qualifications
- New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are Welcome!
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
- Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
- Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
