    • Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

    • Review daily accounts payable inbox
    • Prepare and process invoices
    • Request W9 forms as needed
    • Respond to vendor inquiries
    • Process online and phone payments
    • Process ACH payments and wire transfers
    • Handle bank reconciliations and credit card statement reconciliations
    • Assist with monthly rent payments and reconciliation
    • Recognize and book prepaid and accrued expenses
    • Process journal entries as needed
    • Assist with year-end 1099 report
    • Daily cash activity such as posting deposits/utilities payments
    • Assist Controller with special projects as needed

Qualifications

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetSuite, or other accounting software
    • Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
$25 - $28 an hour
