About the Role
 
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Consultant role has been created to drive growth via a customer and solution focused approach. The Sales Consultant, (based out of our City of London, Monument office), will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and educating customers on Splends products and benefits.
 
The Consultant will be responsible for progressing the customer lead through the pipeline from inquiry to subscription, working closely with the Operations team to ensure an exciting and engaging process for our customer, finding them a product and solution that fits. Other responsibilities of the role will look like this: 

    • Educating customers across our product suite and service offering and Splends points of difference.
    • Educating customers on the benefits and potential earning and lifestyle that on-demand driving can offer and how we can support their journey.
    • Help customers new to Uber by booking them into our Splend Assist program and communicate the required documents to bring with them.
    • Scheduling appointments (via phone/email/chat).
    • Work closely with the Operation and depot teams to ensure we are maximising all sales potentials.
    • Treat every lead with passion and purpose. 
    • Maintain an unwavering high level of customer service in line with Splends values and passion for our customers.

What You'll Bring:

    • 4+years experience in a fast-paced sales role with proven results
    • Be a highly effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
    • The ability to focus on the desired result, by setting challenging goals, whilst meeting or exceeding them.
    • Eager to learn, grow and develop in a scale up environment. 
    • Great customer service skills with a customer outcome driven focus and approach.
    • Strong administrative capabilities.
    • Have a full UK Driver's License
    • Be in a commutable distance to City of London/Central London, Within a 5 min walk of monument tube station on the circle and district line.
