About the Role
 
As a Sales Consultant under the guidance of the Victoria Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading Splend's business growth. Your mission is to blend a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to drive sales and enhance our presence in the Melbourne market. This position offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities, focusing on both new customer acquisition and the nurturing of our existing customer base to unlock upgrade potentials and maximize revenue. Please note this role will be based out of our South Melbourne hub!
 

Other responsibilities of the role will look like this:

    • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Spearhead the conversion of new customer appointments into sales, while actively engaging with Splend’s existing customers to explore upgrade opportunities and foster portfolio growth.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently guide potential clients through the sales funnel, from initial appointment to final subscription, ensuring a tailored fit between our products/solutions and the customer’s needs.
    • Product Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, educating clients on Splend’s comprehensive product suite, unique value propositions, and the transformative potential of on-demand driving for their earnings and lifestyle.
    • Dynamic Sales Activities: Engage in proactive outbound sales efforts, including phone calls, scheduling and executing appointments through various channels, and conducting in-person sales presentations and test drives.
    • Collaboration for Success: Work in tandem with operational and depot teams to capitalize on sales opportunities, align efforts with inventory demands, and achieve business objectives.
    • Portfolio Optimization: Manage and grow your customer portfolio by ensuring clients have the right products for their needs and by identifying opportunities for in-life upgrades and cross-selling.
    • Exceptional Customer Service: Commit to delivering outstanding service, embodying Splend’s values and demonstrating a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.

What You’ll Bring:

    • A passionate sales professional with a proven track record of chasing and closing deals.
    • Outbound phone sales experience
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
    • The ability to educate and persuade customers about our products and their benefits.
    • A collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with team members across departments to achieve shared goals.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple appointments and customer interactions efficiently.
