About the Role
 
The Customer Experience role will sit in our Brisbane hub and is responsible for delivering a best in a class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting our customers with a brand new vehicle.

Along with…

    • Providing ongoing guidance and support to our customers on how to become more profitable and to maintain a higher driver rating. 
    • Coaching and feedback to our customers to ensure that their behaviours stay aligned to their contracts and responsibilities on the road. 
    • Creating deep and long-lasting relationships that go beyond the levels of service they would expect. These include semi regular catch ups with each of your customers. Much like any good relationship, you will need to have two-way conversations with customers, including hard conversations around meeting their rental contract obligations. 
    • Performing customer onboarding tasks
    • Providing information around servicing and upgrading

What You’ll Bring:

    • Excellent customer experience skills.
    • Attention to detail is paramount.
    • Being a scale up business no two days are the same.  You may be asked to perform duties outside of this job description. So, a team player is a must! 
    • A passion for working in a fast paced ever changing environment 
    • The ability to explain important information clearly, to a diverse range of customers.
    • Full Australian Driver's License.
    • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Salisbury Hub
    • Ability to work weekends as per roster

Please note: Rostered weekend work is a mandatory requirement of the role. On rostered weekends, (Saturday / Sunday) employees will receive a Rostered day off on the following Monday/Tuesday respectively
