About the Role 
 
The Retail Team Leader role, a brand new role to our business will act as a 2IC for our Regional Manager and be responsible for managing the customer flow in our Canberra hub ensuring an unforgettable experience as soon as they arrive.
The role will be a fast paced customer facing role and would suit someone who enjoys working autonomously in a small team environment.

The role will also be responsible for:

    • Monitoring customer tickets and calls, ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner.  
    • Supporting our Regional Manager in creating local sales and marketing strategies to increase our reach and customer base 
    • Supporting the team with queries and training. 
    • Implementing processes and procedures to enhance our operations and customer experience
    • Managing onboarding and offboarding compliance for customers. 
    • Accident Management for customers. 
    • Vehicle inspection sign off on return and pre going out. 

What You’ll Bring:

    • 4+ years experience in a fast-paced customer facing retail environment  
    • Experience managing a small team  
    • Passion for sales and customers 
    • Strong communication skills and ability to lead with empathy  
    • Experience managing customers with diverse backgrounds 
    • Comfortable managing conflict and resolving issues 
    • Comfortable working through contracts  
    • Strong attention to detail and time management  
    • A valid Australian drivers license
    • Ability to work Saturdays as per roster
