We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who combines strong leadership and Agile delivery experience with a deep technical understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You’ll work closely with our engineering teams and senior stakeholders to oversee high-impact projects, improve delivery workflows, and ensure alignment with our business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical environment, understands infrastructure at scale (especially AWS), and can navigate the complexities of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, planning, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Drive cloud-native and infrastructure-focused projects, with an emphasis on AWS, CI/CD, and IaC
Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain team velocity through sprint planning and retrospectives
Remove blockers and align cross-functional teams across time zones and regions
Ensure delivery pipelines are scalable, efficient, and reliable
Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and project transparency
Requirements
3+ years of experience in technical project management in a software engineering environment
2+ years of background in DevOps engineering
Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD, containers, networking, and security best practices
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Experience collaborating with DevOps engineers and managing technical roadmaps
Proven success in managing complex projects in Agile environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with globally distributed, async teams
Fluent in written and spoken English
Bonus Points

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub Actions, or similar
