Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-Tech Hiring

This role is with Apertum. Apertum is a leading B2B technology and operations service provider company based out of Mumbai, India providing business and technical expertise to the global online and mobile gaming industry. Sporty work closely with Apertum in India to hire and build great teams, products and experience for all of our users across the world.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding and hands-on experience in bulk hiring procedures. They must also exhibit a proactive attitude and possess the skills to handle the hiring process independently. Moreover, the
candidate should demonstrate proficiency in various well-known recruitment software and be comfortable working alongside skilled and reliable colleagues within a globally diverse and multicultural organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting end-to-end recruitment for our open positions, which involves direct sourcing via outreach activities to generate interest, effective screening, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, negotiating job offers, and finalizing offer acceptance.

- Ensuring a top-notch candidate experience, right from the initial introduction to onboarding.

- Creating and maintaining a well-stocked pool of high-quality candidates through diverse methods, including networking within the community and various outreach programs, to maintain contact with potential candidates who may qualify for future positions.

- Being an authentic Talent Partner to your respective stakeholders, not just carrying out tasks but also providing   guidance, advice, and coaching. Fulfilling a workforce/headcount plan.
 
-Collaborating with recruitment vendors responsible for sourcing potential candidates for job openings. 

- Overseeing the candidate funnel, managing hiring data and presenting hiring reports & dashboards to the team and stakeholders regularly.

- Undertaking any other ad-hoc activities as required.

What we are looking for:

- Graduation in any discipline, MBA in HR is preferred

- 3 - 6 years of experience in non-tech and bulk hiring

- Proficient in MS Office/ Google spreadsheet

- Ability to present hiring reports and dashboards

- Strong understanding of market intelligence

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities

- Demonstrated success in meeting aggressive hiring targets

- Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise

- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently

- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus

- Tech-savvy with prior experience working with a global team is preferred
