Role Overview
As a Traffic Analyst at Sporty, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper scheduling and execution of the channel’s programming and commercial breaks. This role requires precision, coordination, and strong communication across content, operations, and commercial teams to ensure daily broadcast accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing, organizing, and inputting commercial breaks into the playout system
Ensures the correct scheduling of content, promos, and commercials, in accordance with the specifications established in the programming instructions (PIs)
Controls all materials scheduled for broadcast, checking their availability, technical quality, and correct naming
Ensures the receipt of CRTs and/or other necessary documentation
Performs last-minute operational adjustments as requested by the Programming Coordination team
In collaboration with the transmission coordinator, ensures the execution of the programming instruction (PI) during live events in the event of failures, delays, or emergency changes
Collects and organizes data related to commercial airings
Requirements
Fluent in both English/Portuguese, with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in Traffic, Broadcast Scheduling, or Media Operations
Familiarity with playout systems and scheduling tools
High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Basic technical understanding of video formats and broadcast standards
Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills for managing materials and reports

Visão Geral da Função
Como Analista de OPEC, você será responsável por garantir a execução adequada da grade de programação e dos espaços comerciais do canal, assegurando a correta inserção de conteúdos, chamadas e janelas publicitárias. Atuando de forma integrada com as áreas de programação, operações e comercial, o profissional será peça-chave para o controle técnico e operacional das exibições diárias.
Responsabilidades
Responsável pela conferência, organização e inserção de janelas comerciais no sistema de playout
Garante o correto agendamento de conteúdos, chamadas e comerciais, respeitando as definições estabelecidas nas PIs
Realiza o controle de materiais a serem exibidos, conferindo se estão disponíveis, com qualidade técnica e nomeação correta
Garante o recebimento de CRTs e/ou outras documentações necessárias
Realiza ajustes operacionais de última hora sob demanda da Coordenação de Programação
Em conjunto com o coordenador de transmissões, no caso de partidas ao vivo, garanta a execução da PI em caso de falhas, atrasos ou mudanças emergenciais
Coleta e organiza dados de exibições comerciais
Requisitos
Experiência prévia em OPEC, programação de TV ou operações de mídia
Conhecimento em sistemas de playout e ferramentas de agendamento de mídia
Atenção aos detalhes, senso de responsabilidade e capacidade de trabalho sob pressão
Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipe;Conhecimento técnico básico de formatos e padrões de vídeo
Domínio de Excel e boa organização para controle de materiais e relatóriosIngles avançado / fluente
