Role Overview
As our Media Ad Sales Executive here at Sporty, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of ad space and sponsorship packages across Sporty's broadcast and digital platforms. Acting as a key member of the team, you will balance active client prospecting with the strategic structuring of commercial packages aligned with the channel’s growth and market positioning goals.
Responsibilities
Structure, develop, and negotiate sponsorship and media packages across multiple platforms (Pay TV, digital, social media)
Proactively prospect new clients and commercial opportunities, both directly and through agencies
Build tailored sales presentations and strategic proposals aligned with client goals and content calendar
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and planning teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of branded activations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales approaches
Track performance indicators and commercial targets, recommending actions to maximize results
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in media or advertising sales within the sector
Background in sports, entertainment, or media companies is highly valued
Strong ability to design and pitch strategic commercial offerings
Analytical mindset with strong goal orientation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Based in São Paulo, available for hybrid work

Como nosso Executivo Comercial, você será responsável por impulsionar a geração de receita por meio da venda de espaços publicitários e pacotes de patrocínio nos nossos canais de distribuição. Atuando como uma peça-chave da equipe do Sporty, você deverá equilibrar atividades de prospecção ativa com a estruturação estratégica de ofertas comerciais, alinhadas aos objetivos de crescimento e posicionamento do canal no mercado.
Responsabilidades
Desenvolver, estruturar e negociar pacotes de patrocínio e espaços publicitários multiplataforma (TV paga, digital, redes sociais)
Atuar na prospecção de novos clientes e oportunidades comerciais, tanto diretas quanto via agências
Criar apresentações comerciais customizadas e propostas estratégicas em linha com os objetivos do cliente e o calendário editorial do canal
Participar ativamente da definição e planejamento dos formatos de mídia, inserções e ativações de marca
Trabalhar de forma próxima às áreas de conteúdo, marketing e planejamento para garantir entregas consistentes e eficientes
Monitorar tendências do mercado e concorrência para ajustar abordagens comerciais de forma proativa
Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e metas comerciais, propondo ações para otimizar resultados
Requisitos
Mínimo de 6 anos de experiência em vendas de mídia ou publicidade no setor
Vivência no setor de esportes, entretenimento ou veículos de mídia é altamente desejável
Capacidade de desenvolver propostas comerciais estratégicas e criativas
Perfil analítico, com forte orientação para metas e resultados
Excelente comunicação, habilidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal
Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido em São Paulo
