About the role
We are looking for a Junior OPEC Analyst, based in Rio de Janeiro, to support the Commercial Operations (OPEC) team in managing commercial breaks, monitoring schedules, and assisting during live broadcasts. This professional will work closely with the OPEC Analyst and must be available to attend live events at the production facility, with flexibility to work on different schedules, including weekends.
What you'll be doing
- Support the OPEC Analyst in checking, organizing, and inserting commercial breaks into the playout system
- Assist in controlling and verifying commercial and promotional materials for airing
- Be present at live events in the production facility, providing operational support for programming and commercials execution
- Help with the receipt and verification of CRTs and other required documentation
- Collaborate with Programming and Transmission Coordination in case of failures or last-minute adjustments
- Keep organized records of commercial broadcasts for tracking and reporting
What you'll bring
- Initial experience or internship in OPEC, TV programming, or media operations (is a plus)
- Availability to work on flexible schedules and weekends, depending on event needs
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Basic knowledge of Excel and organizational tools
- Interest in developing a career in OPEC and media operations
- Must be available to work on-site in Rio de Janeiro
