Role Overview
As our Strategic Planning & Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the company’s executive team to help organize, track, and implement strategic initiatives and special projects. This role plays a critical part in aligning departments, managing OKRs, and ensuring efficient communication with key company leaders.
Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional strategic projects and key initiatives with the content, marketing, commercial, operations, and product teams
Act as a bridge between operational areas and the executive leadership, ensuring clarity of objectives, meeting deadlines, and delivering results
Organize and lead follow-up meetings with department heads, structuring agendas, tracking action items, and preparing executive reports
Track and monitor company-wide OKRs, supporting team leaders in defining, reviewing, and updating quarterly goals and initiatives
Prepare executive presentations summarizing results and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the leadership team, investors, and strategic partners
Support the design of new planning routines and internal processes focused on efficiency, prioritization, and high-impact outcomes
Collaborate in managing the company’s strategic calendar and in monitoring key area deliverables
Requirements
Previous experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting, or similar fields
Strong analytical profile, with excellent organizational skills, synthesis, and executive communication
Familiarity with financial concepts and the ability to interpret performance metrics and KPIs
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various levels of seniority to support decision-making
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel and work well in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with project management and OKR tools is a plus
Experience in media, sports, or digital businesses is a plus
Based in São Paulo, available for hybrid work

Visão Geral da Função
Como Coordenador de Projetos e Planejamento Estratégico, você atuará diretamente com a diretoria da empresa, apoiando na organização, acompanhamento e execução de iniciativas estratégicas e projetos especiais. Essa posição é essencial para garantir o alinhamento entre áreas, controle de OKRs e a comunicação eficiente com os principais líderes da companhia.
Responsabilidades
Coordenar projetos estratégicos e iniciativas prioritárias em conjunto com as áreas de conteúdo, marketing, comercial, operações e produto
Ser o elo entre as áreas operacionais e a gestão executiva, garantindo clareza de objetivos, cumprimento de prazos e entrega de resultados
Organizar e conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com lideranças, estruturando pautas, follow-ups e relatórios executivos
Controlar e monitorar os OKRs da empresa, apoiando líderes na definição, acompanhamento e revisão de metas trimestrais
Preparar apresentações executivas com resultados e indicadores-chave para diretoria, investidores e parceiros estratégicos
Apoiar a estruturação de novos processos e rotinas de planejamento com foco em eficiência, priorização e entregas de alto impacto
Colaborar com a gestão do calendário estratégico da empresa e no acompanhamento de entregas de áreas-chave
Requisitos
Experiência anterior em planejamento estratégico, gestão de projetos, consultoria ou áreas similares
Perfil analítico, com excelente capacidade de organização, síntese e comunicação executiva
Familiaridade com conceitos financeiros e leitura de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs)
Habilidade para interagir com diferentes níveis hierárquicos e facilitar processos decisórios
Capacidade de lidar com múltiplos projetos simultaneamente e ambientes de alta complexidade
Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e OKRs será considerada um diferencial
Vivência no setor de mídia, esportes ou negócios digitais será um plus
Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido em São Paulo
