We’re looking for Junior, Mid, Senior and Team Manager levels TAs to join and work alongside our global TA Manager and the growing TA team. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact and cultivate your own career path along with the support of the wider team.

You would be the first hire into our new PanAsia Tech TA Team! In your role you'll be responsible for managing pipeline growth and end to end recruitment for Backend, Frontend, Android, iOS and Product Management hiring in the PanAsian region. This region covers anywhere from Indonesia, Philipines, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam etc. You could also contribute to global Infrastructure, BI, IS and other tech roles if you have relevant experience or hunger to learn. 

Our products are built in Java (Spring Boot), we use Javascript frameworks for our frontend and we have top ranking iOS and Android apps. All our infrastructure is open source, we store virtually in AWS using Docker and Kubernetes. Our Global Tech Team build products for all over the world, Africa is our largest market currently and our priority new product target region for 2023 is Brazil. 

Direct applications, 3rd party delivery and LinkedIn sourcing will generate your pipeline (if you have additional alternative sourcing methods or preferred platforms we would be happy to test and implement viable solutions). You should be able to offer insights around hiring hotspots and regional compensation. Market mapping skills and acumen will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

You will have role and relationship ownership of your own pipeline
Search, identify, attract, and engage high calibre talent against specific briefs
Manage the full life cycle hiring process from inbound and outbound pipelines, through initial screening, interview process and offer management
A knack for pitching, negotiating and closing
Efficient upkeep of your pipelines on the ATS
Craft and post job descriptions across internal job boards, LinkedIn and other relevant channels for maximum engagement
Cross collaboration with our People Operations team for offer handover
Deliver a world class candidate experience

Requirements

1.5+ years experience recruiting technical hires at agency or in house
Experience and knowledge of technical hiring in the PanAsian geography
Demonstrable experience in pitching and closing technical roles
Experienced managing end to end recruitment life cycles from qualification to close
Evident relevant experience in technical hiring 
Experience balancing both inbound and outbound pipelines
Exposure to Senior stakeholders beneficial
You will have experience managing competitive timelines in a fast paced environment
Recent experience sourcing via LinkedIn
Demonstrable conversion to hire
Outstanding written and verbal skills in English
Operating to high performance principles (80:20)
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
$20,000 - $45,000 a year
Although we display salaries in USD and are open to Asia remote we are very interested in EU or UK based remote hires as well! We can pay in USD and many local currencies. All TA staff at Sporty are also part of our quarterly performance bonus scheme.
