Maintain organised, audit-ready records of monitoring alerts, investigations, risk assessments and training attendance for the statutory five-year period.
Assist with data requests from the regulator, FIC or external auditors.

6. Policy & Process Improvement
Spot control gaps during case work and propose pragmatic fixes (rule tuning, new data fields, workflow tweaks).
Contribute to periodic AML risk assessments and policy reviews.

7. Training & Awareness
Deliver short refresher briefings to customer-facing teams (e.g., red-flag indicators, escalation steps).
Keep intranet AML resources updated with the latest FIC guidance notes.
