We are looking for a technical implementation manager to join our wide spread team. You will help manage Spotify's important Premium Partnerships projects in US and globally. You will have the operational and day-to-day responsibility to manage the technical implementation and performance of the partnerships. The Product and Delivery team is part of the Partner Engagement and Operations team. You will report to the Partner Product and Delivery Lead.

What you'll do

    • Participate in initial discussions with potential partners, explaining how partners can work with Spotify offerings to drive new user creation or subscription sales in different ways.
    • Work with the business team as the subject matter expert on the technical delivery of partnerships. Also coordinate with R&D, Finance, Legal etc
    • Ensure that Spotify's commitments in a partner relationship can be delivered, as well as follow-up on the partner's commitments. Using our monitoring and reporting tools.
    • Document all actions with partners for keeping track of changes.
    • Product ownership of the company-wide Affiliate program.

Who you are

    • 4+working experience within; value-added services, telecom, Internet start-up, affiliate marketing business and music
    • Technology background with project and/or product focus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English.
    • A self-driven can do attitude, you won’t be afraid to step in when needed.
    • You understand that collaboration and team play is key to success!
    • Strong presentation skills. Shown success in working directly with partners.
    • A consistent track record in technical leadership, explaining complex concepts both to technical and business people.
    • Experienced working under deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Willing to travel to all corners of the world when needed (post covid).
    • Ability to work from home.

    • Working hours? We operate within the Eastern Standard time zone for collaboration and ask that all be located that time zone.
