We are seeking an energetic Associate Client Partner to join our Emerging & Scaled team in Australia, a fast-growing unit within Spotify’s Ad Sales organization. We want someone who loves our product and wakes up every morning excited to engage with clients. This role requires attention to detail, strategic planning, expert product knowledge, storytelling, and client communication.

What You'll Do
- Client Strategy: Focus on consultative selling, educating, and inspiring clients to leverage Spotify to meet their business goals.
- Business Development: Proactively source and engage customer relationships across verticals and industries to build a strong pipeline for the future.
- Sales Propositions: Develop and coordinate effective sales propositions, adapting to platform and ad product innovations while presenting key data, findings, and relevant research.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals through entrepreneurial ownership and strategic growth-driving approaches.
- Strategic Insight and Reporting: Provide strategic insights and performance reports for your market or vertical, analyzing campaign results and recommending improvements.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Spotify’s products and developments, using this to identify cross-selling opportunities aligned with clients' business goals.
- Pipeline Development: Manage a high volume of complex conversations, prioritizing activities and engagements using relevant software tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to develop holistic strategies and support platform efficiency.
Who You Are
- A Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business and have a minimum of 3+ years experience in digital media sales, planning and/or buying. Audio advertising sales expertise is preferred.
- You have strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the digital media industry.
- You have a strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the advertising ecosystem.
- You have the ability to translate client requests to make recommendations that meet business objectives and deliver desired outcomes.
- You have the ability to craft impactful stories by using data and research.
- A highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who can work independently within a team focused organization.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).
- You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- You possess strong presentation and communication skills
- You have excellent dexterity in excel and powerpoint, and have experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers and other digital media tech systems.

- You will be based out of our Sydney office
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
