Senior Equity Administrator

We are looking for a structured and results oriented Equity Administrator to join our Total Compensation & HR Insights team. You will play an important role to support our Employees long term equity plans. You are confident in communicating in English, have high integrity and can think analytically. You will work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to take complex items and make them digestible to all levels of the organization.

What You'll Do:

    • Provide support related to our Employee long term equity plan, including managing our monthly grant and vest process
    • Answering daily questions from employees and managers
    • Support in exercise process
    • Consistently improve our equity processes
    • Become an expert within our equity systems
    • Strengthen our communication towards employees regarding equity plans matters
    • Support HR colleagues in employee equity matters
    • Support with reports and analytics
    • Audit support for quarterly review, year-end audits as well as ensuring that internal controls and procedures are in place

Who You Are:

    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience and or training: background from a legal or economics discipline preferred
    • 3+ years of relevant working experience
    • A plus is if you have experience within managing share based incentive plans
    • You have high integrity and are reliable and accurate in everything you deliver
    • You feel comfortable and calm in dealing with legal documents
    • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • You are easy going and an unpretentious team player
