Spotify Advertising is looking for a Manager, Advertiser Education to shape how agencies and advertisers learn, grow, and succeed on our platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our global advertiser education programs—designing and scaling learning experiences that make Spotify’s advertising solutions simple, effective, and inspiring.
You’ll build a portfolio of content and training initiatives—from certifications and eLearning to live sessions and workshops—that give our customers the tools and confidence to deliver results with Spotify. Working hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, and product teams, as well as external partners, you’ll ensure our education offering is not only relevant and accessible, but also creative—and a competitive advantage for Spotify in the market.
We’re looking for someone who blends content and brand strategy expertise with a knack for partner enablement—a builder who’s as comfortable crafting a long-term vision as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the advertiser education strategy with a focus on agency and self-serve enablement and global scalability.
- Translate complex ad solutions into engaging, easy-to-use and innovative learning experiences that resonate with advertisers of all levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build, launch, and continuously evolve a portfolio of programs—certifications, eLearning, tutorials, webinars, and in-person workshops—across different media formats including video.
- Lead and coordinate the advertiser education content lifecycle by setting direction, defining needs, and overseeing message priorities, design, development, launch, and optimization—while partnering with external agencies and creators to build the actual training materials.
- Use data, insights, and learner feedback to measure program effectiveness and refine the approach over time.
- Keep Spotify ahead of the curve by bringing fresh ideas and formats inspired by trends in digital learning, advertising, and partner enablement.
Who You Are
- A min of 7-10+ years of experience in advertiser or partner education, instructional design, content strategy, or enablement.
- Proven track record building and delivering education programs for external audiences, ideally in advertising, adtech, or digital marketing.
- Skilled at managing agency or partner relationships, with the ability to inspire trust and drive impact.
- A curious, creative problem solver with a curiosity about reimagining what advertiser education can look like—bringing fresh energy to traditional B2B learning.
- Familiarity with authoring tools and LMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for balancing priorities across global partners.
- A clear and persuasive communicator who can simplify complexity, align cross-functional teams, and influence partners.
