We are looking for a Scaled Sales Lead to oversee vendor operations within our Emerging and Scaled Sales organization. This role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and optimizing operations to drive efficiency and revenue growth across EMEA, North America, and JAPAC. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Programs, this position is a full-term role and is based out of NYC.

What You'll Do:

    • Lead vendor operations to drive new business sales, scaled account management, and onboarding among SMBs in EMEA, North America, and JAPAC.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor operations and improve sales performance across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with the vendor team to design and execute outbound sales playbooks, as well as customer onboarding processes.
    • Train sales leadership at vendor sites on Spotify Ads, sales best practices, and effective account management techniques.
    • Utilize data and analytics to manage sales funnels, customer engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Work cross-functionally to streamline processes and drive efficiency across the sales cycle, including customer onboarding and account management.

Who You Are:

    • A min of 7+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in advertising sales, new business sales, scaled account management, and/or vendor management.
    • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
    • Deep understanding of SMB sales and experience designing scalable sales strategies, account management processes, and customer onboarding procedures.
    • Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing operations for efficiency.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in EMEA or JAPAC regions are a plus.

Where You'll Be:

    • This position will be based in New York
The United States base range for this position is $102,729 - $146,756 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
