- Lead the strategic planning cycle, translating regional strategic goals into relevant local action championing both accountability and collaboration. Help the teams to prioritise activities and to balance agility with focus so we can ‘dream big and act fast’.

- Support and strengthen Sweden’s leadership voice within the broader Nordic and European tech and media landscape.
- Serve as a unifying and visible presence across all Spotify teams in the Stockholm office
- Foster a culture of openness, ambition, and belonging, ensuring teams feel connected to both local and regional leadership.
- Inspire and challenge the teams to live Spotify’s culture, embracing the best of start-up innovation, agility and risk-appetite, while leveraging the brand, technology and impact of a market leader.
- Actively contribute to making the Stockholm office a dynamic, high-energy hub for the company.
Who You Are
- Proficient in Swedish and English, with deep familiarity with the country’s political, cultural, and business landscape.
- A seasoned, self-aware leader with strong executive presence, capable of engaging credibly with government officials, media, and industry leaders.
- A selfless cross-functional problem solver who thrives in a matrixed environment, balancing local insight with regional priorities and global strategies.
- Business-minded with a passion for music, audio, and innovation; you understand Sweden’s role as a key influencer in the media and tech conversation.
- An inspiring, hands-on leader who can energise others, especially in times of change or ambiguity. A strong communicator who leads with humility, integrity, and focus - capable of bringing people together and creating momentum.
- Proven experience in leading country-level business operations or holding a senior external-facing leadership role within a regulated, fast-moving industry.
- Background in consumer tech, media, entertainment, or music-related sectors.
- Experience managing public affairs, communications, or external partnerships in a high-stakes environment.
- Familiarity with Nordic and European policy and media environments.
