We are looking for an enthusiastic HRIS Integration Specialist to join our Global HR information systems team. This team member will play a central role in the HR Information System roadmap, be a part of a high performing team, and work within an award-winning HR function.

In today’s complex business environment, an organization’s adaptability, agility, and ability to lead constant change through innovation are the keys to success. You will be a curious forward-thinker, have a can-do mindset, be a great communicator on technical matters, a thoughtful diplomat, and an independent problem solver.

What You'll Do

    • This position will work closely with our partners in HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, IT and 3rd party system vendors to understand business requirements.
    • You will design, develop, test and maintain integrations between Workday and other 3rd party applications using Workday integration tools (e.g. Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIB’s, Core Connectors and PICOF/PECI integration.)
    • You will create and maintain custom reports using advanced, matrix and composite report types.
    • You will support our Workday Security practices and Workday Release strategy.
    • Create and maintain technical specification documents.
    • You will design and operate processes to keep our environment in healthy shape and compliant with needed control frameworks, driving Data Integrity and Security initiatives to meet business needs and ITGC requirements.
    • You will improve your own as well as our common ways of working – every day – in candid and passionate collaboration with your team.
    • You will grow your own and our common knowledge of relevant product offerings within the HRIS arena.

Who You Are

    • 5+ years experience using Workday Integration tools.
    • You are advanced in Workday Studio and some experience in Workday Extend.
    • Experience in building integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
    • A good understanding of HR policies, roles, and global HR processes.
    • You have experience in SOX, IT General Controls and GDPR processes.
    • You are experienced working in Agile development with source control (Jira, Trello and GitHub.)
    • You have a demonstrable ability to build sound relationships and clearly communicate expectations.
    • You thrive in working with diverse teams and influencing IT service management practices, as well strategy, tactics and execution in your field of expertise.

Where You'll Be

    • We’ve introduced Work From Anywhere to give you more options!
    • While we will ask you to pop into the office from time to time, we are giving you the flexibility to work from home should you choose to do so.
    • Working hours? We operate within the GMT time zone for collaboration
