We are currently looking for candidates to participate in our Spotify Technology Fellowship Program - Europe - a development program sought at hiring engineers in specific fields that are just entering the professional tech environment. Participants in the fellowship program will operate as a team within Spotify for 18 weeks while receiving mentoring, personal & professional development from a broad set of employees to help them reach their full potential and learn what it’s like to work at Spotify. In order to get you up to speed during these 18 weeks the program will be built up in three different phases, which will give you a good technical preparation and chance to get coordinated into the daily business at Spotify.

Onboarding Phase - Tech Bootcamp (3 weeks)
Participants undergo learning on a structured curriculum to introduce them to our tech stack and the fundamentals of the tools and resources used at Spotify. Participants brainstorms on technical and non-technical topics including imposter syndrome, Agile methodologies, growth demeanor, accepting failure, GitHub, and efficiency tips.

Project Phase (9 weeks)
Participants form a squad and work together on a specific project which will be a Spotify feature. This phase is meant to mirror the ways Spotify engineers work together to ship a project.

Embed Phase (5 weeks + 1 week vacation)
Participants are matched with a different Spotify team and embed directly into their feature work and projects. The goal of this phase is to evaluate the Associate Developers’ progress with the intent of converting them into a full time role on the team at the conclusion of this phase.
