The Marketing Coordinator in France will be responsible for developing and implementing Spotify’s consumer marketing strategy in the country with a focus on brand content, social media and influencers strategies (planning, execution, reporting & follow-up). The role will report into the Head of Marketing for the FR+BNLX region!
We seek a person proficient in French and English, with brand experience preferably in a global company or creative agency. We’re looking for a creative and culturally attuned Marketing Coordinator to support our brand content, social media and influencer strategies. You live and breathe internet culture, speak fluent Gen Z, and know how to build brand love through digital storytelling. You’re equal parts trend-spotter, community engager, and content curator, with a deep understanding of the platforms where conversations happen.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at collaborating across diverse teams and is deeply committed to shaping culturally resonant initiatives for young music fans to propel Spotify’s business in the country.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Global Marketing Team, Music, PR, Growth and Podcasts, to craft always-on activities & campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our brand vision and important metrics.
What You'll Do
- Manage Spotify’s social media presence in France from developing the content plan, managing approvals, coordinating with different stakeholders and tracking performance of our French brand channels.
- Coordinate and support influencer strategy, campaigns and brand content initiatives from concept to execution and reporting, ensuring alignment with brand voice, cultural relevance, and campaign goals.
- Support the team to implement exciting 360° campaigns and activations, closely working with external & internal partners. Ensure all marketing activities resonate locally, but are representative of our global brand.
- Manage day-to-day communication with creative and media agencies, ensuring smooth coordination, timely deliverables, and consistent quality across all brand touchpoints.
- Monitor and stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior to adapt strategies as needed.
Who You Are
- A ‘roll up the sleeves’ self-starter with at least 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management or agency experience.
- An organized and autonomous person with project management skills who can work well in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
- You love entertainment and you consume incredible amounts of content.
- You understand French cultural codes and you are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital.
- You have a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for what visually resonates with Gen Z and you understand social media algorithms and what drives engagement
- You have experience with social media channels (paid and organic) and influence. And experience in campaign planning (including media planning and creative development).
- You are a team player that can easily collaborate with cross functional, cross-regional teams, and understand how to drive consensus.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills both in French and English is a must.
Where You'll Be
- Onsite: You'll be based out of our Paris office.
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
