Job Title: Senior Product Manager
DUTIES: Drive the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of core pieces of Spotify’s AdTech platform. Work with development teams across R&D as well as with business partners to identify and drive opportunities for advertising revenue growth and user experience improvements. Partner effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science and User Research to drive work forward. Work relentlessly to ensure team is focused on delivering against measurable goals which support the success of our customers and business. Build a product development roadmap that balances innovation, support and maintenance for the Spotify AdTech platform. Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive advertiser and revenue growth. Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve advertiser challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources. *Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Spotify office in New York, NY.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Relations, or related field and six (6) years of experience in Product Management or related occupation. Must have five (5) years of experience with: SQL, BigQuery, or Tableau for data queries and analysis; defining product requirements, product strategy, product vision and roadmap using Aha or Jira; working with Agile engineering teams; customer analytics technology such as Pendo, customer hypothesis validation, A/B testing, user experience testing using tools like User Testing; conducting market research and competitor analysis, and leveraging that to write detailed product requirements. Must have experience with: Generative AI product development using large language models, application programming interfaces, or machine learning models.
SALARY: $162,517 to $243,776 / year
