As part of the consumer marketing team, the Consumer Marketing Manager is integral to the development of consumer campaigns and execution including strategy, creative and media across internal team members and external partners.

We seek a person with experience in brand storytelling, creative planning & execution, media buying and partnerships in a global company. You will guide internal and external teams, lead end-to-end processes, and lead budgets and deliverables. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, Korea and you will be based in our South Korea office.

What You'll Do

    • Understand the market dynamics, user insights and competitive landscape to craft the overall campaign strategy and structure
    • Lead and handle the entire process from brief design to campaign execution with internal team members and external partners
    • Build the campaign tracking and measurement structure to measure campaign efficiency
    • Analyze and find the insight from the data with the critical business acumen
    • Communicate effectively, efficiently and timely with various team members to get aligned, persuade the contents
    • Apply tools and guidelines to articulate the brand to enable consistency and purity of the brand story in communications

Who You Are

    • A ‘roll up the sleeves’ self-starter with at least 7+ years of experience working in consumer marketing, brand management or agency experience
    • You are a lover of music, fan of tech products and early adopter of new technologies
    • Organized, creative and insights-driven
    • Strong writing and verbal communication skills both in Korean and English
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with imminent deadlines
    • Capability to work cross functionally across various teams
    • You can work autonomously in an unstructured environment
    • Media background is a plus. Knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising industries is phenomenal to have
    • You need to possess proficiency in both the English and Korean languages
