You'll partner closely with GTM leaders, data teams, and RevOps teammates to drive real outcomes and bring innovation into the day-to-day execution of our go-to-market motion.
Responsibilities:

- Deploy and operationalize AI-native tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Gong, Qualified, Intercom, Apollo, etc.) to support GTM initiatives.
- Build AI-driven capabilities like predictive lead scoring models, intent-based segmentation, copilots for sales or CS (e.g., smart summaries, call analysis, follow-up writing)
- Prototype AI-based workflows or agents using low-code platforms or custom API integrations.
- Partner with data teams to connect AI workflows with core GTM data sources.
- Run experiments to test and measure impact of AI and automation on funnel performance and team efficiency.
- Build dashboards and reports on usage and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops to identify bottlenecks and high-impact opportunities.
- Train and enable GTM teams on new tools and workflows.
- Support vendor evaluation and management for AI and automation platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, GTM Automation, or a related technical operations role.

- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (OpenAI/GPT/Gemini, Gong, Qualified, Clay, Intercom, Drift, LangChain, etc.).
- Ability to write and iterate on prompts, build light prototypes, and integrate APIs.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to measure success and iterate quickly.

Spreedly is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We actively work to drive out even unintentional discrimination in our hiring processes via practices like blindly graded work samples, structured interviews, and diversity awareness training.
Due to the sensitive nature of what Spreedly does - handling payment data - finalist candidates must complete a successful background and reference check.
At this time Spreedly is unable to provide sponsorship for employment, and we are not set up to support remote employees who reside in California or New York. In order to be considered for employment, applicants must be currently legally authorized to work in the job location country and not require future sponsorship in order to continue working in that country.
We appreciate your interest in our company. Because of the high volume of resume flow, we may only respond to those candidates that we think will be a potential fit.
