We’re looking for an Office Manager to help keep making Spreemo one of the best companies to work for in New York! The Office Manager will responsible for assisting the Director of People Operations with office necessities.
- Manage office needs and day-to-day operations of the New York office, ensuring that the office is maintained with the highest level of care and quality and fully stocked with supplies.
- Assist with on-boarding and new employee document management
- Organizing office events, and arranging catering or other special requests for any executive or sales meetings
- Provide support to executive team with high-priority or complicated scheduling, work-related travel and expense reports
- Maintain and track People Operations budget
- Assist in ad-hoc projects from the executive, sales or finance team
- Identifying new ways to approach or handle situations/challenges while also building on existing structure
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Attention to Detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
