Spreetail is seeking a VP, Product Management to join our team remotely. In this role, you will build and lead our product organization managing large scale systems for both internal and external customers. This role is remote in the following states:

    • In order to work remotely, you must reside or be willing to relocate to NE, MN, IN, PA, GA, TX, FL, UT, NV, or WA.

How you will achieve success in this role:

    • Build consensus on product direction, balancing internal stakeholders and external brand customers. 
    • Lead weekly business reviews and monthly business reviews to communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders and executives. 
    • Builds the operational cadences to refine and execute as a technology unit in the business. 
    • Align product strategy with the primary success measure for the company. 
    • Foster strong relationships across Engineering, User Experience, Product Management, and the customer base of our technology.

    • 15+ years of experience working in product management.
    • E-commerce Domain Expertise (Retail, e-commerce, and Supply Chain).
    • Has built and led large Product organizations managing large-scale systems, both internal and external.
    • Advanced understanding of the financial aspects of the business, including the input and output metrics used across the business. Comfortable owning the P&L and correlating product releases with impacts to the overall P&L.  
    • Executes quickly and accurately and can lead numerous projects across teams and functions. Develops and champions best practices across functions.
