Spreetail’s Vendor Management team owns a key role in advancing our category’s business agenda and pushing strategic business decisions by collaborating with internal teams and developing long-term relationships with our vendor partners. The team is tasked with driving profitability and margin expansion while owning the vision and ecommerce strategy of multiple categories. 

As Sr. Director, Brand Growth and Negotiation you will:

    • Manage a team of 4 to 6 high powered analysts, partnering with the vendor management organization to optimize our programs and partnerships with our manufacturer vendor partners 
    • Own negotiations and program KPIs 
    • Work alongside vendor management team in coaching, training and leading program reviews 
    • Partner with vendors to grow Special Make Up SKUs, Exclusive partnerships and assortment expansion through multiple channels 
    • Have executive presence in leading peer to peer relationships with Owners, Presidents, CEOs and Vice Presidents 
    • Lead project and process management expertise, leading projects that impact $100s of millions of dollars 
    • Lead retail assortment building and brand growth through Spreetail ecommerce tools and capabilities 

Who you are:

    • Masters in Business, Management or Economics Preferred 
    • 5 to 10 years experience in negotiations 
    • 5 to 10 years experience in vendor management, buying or merchandising experience 
    • 2 to 5 years in ecommerce experience 
    • Partnership experience with both domestic and international manufacturers preferred  
    • P&L management experience 
    • Extensive negotiation experience 
    • Strong public speaking abilities/ presentation abilities to C-Suite Executives, SMB 
    • A deep functional knowledge within retail, eCommerce, marketplaces or US parcel distribution
