The Growth Initiatives team drives growth through operational efficiency with the goal of doubling the capacity of our organization every two years. By leading and facilitating all aspects of change and continuous improvement initiatives within the Vendor Management Division, this team directly impacts Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Software & Technology, and Finance.

As a Sr. Manager Continuous Improvement, you will:

    • Own the strategic direction and vision for our Continuous Improvement and Project Management teams in Vendor Management.
    • Lead a high performing team of Project Managers & Process Improvement Engineers.
    • Develop and implement organizational/continuous improvement programs and strategies.
    • Establish and maintain best practices in areas of business processes, KPIs, and analytics.
    • Lead and facilitate all aspects of change and continuous improvement initiatives within the Vendor Management Division.
    • Help build a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
    • Departments you’ll impact via your work will include: Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Marketplaces, Software & Technology, Finance.

Who You Are:

    • You have proven experience leading a high performing team.
    • You have experience owning the strategic direction and vision of project management teams.
    • You have background developing process expertise across multiple departments.
    • Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications preferred.
