The Supply Chain department consists of Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Fulfillment and Reverse logistics. Supply Chain is focused on providing the best experience regardless of where goods are manufactured or shipped from. The goal is to delight our customer’s needs by providing next day delivery across the country.  

The Reverse Logistics team leads key projects related to recovering profit from our customer returns. This team works with all facets of the business while doing so. If you like to work on your feet and with your hands while still learning about the business, this position could be for you. 

As a Reverse Logistics Operations Team Member, you will:

    • Receive and sort returned items in a timely manner.
    • Inspect, evaluate, and grade the quality of returned customer goods.
    • Ship outgoing items on a daily basis to meet customer expectations.
    • Audit, count, put away, and manage inventory accurately.
    • Manually unload trucks of returned items.
    • Develop process improvements to scale responsibilities.
    • Keep a clean and safe warehouse environment.
    • Use different types of warehouse equipment to complete tasks.
    • Hourly role at $16/hour (OT available when necessary during peak business weeks/months)

    • You are okay with constantly being on your feet.
    • You are capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. routinely throughout the workday.
    • You are flexible and open to extra hours.
