We're seeking a Technical Channels Specialist who will support the daily management of Tiktok Shops and other ad hoc tasks to support campaign performance. The ideal candidate has Tiktok experience and has the ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment.
How you will achieve success:
- Supports the daily management of TikTok Shops through working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure growth of the channel.
- Manages day-to-day interactions with creators supporting Spreetail products.
- Builds lists of products eligible for promotion in cooperation with the Channel and Merchants.
- Project management of ad hoc tasks to support the growth of TikTok.
- Update standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Comfortable with organizing data and operating within marketplace portals.
- Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar experience with proven track record of good decision making.
- Excellent communication, English language, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new programs/software and willingness to build new skills.
- Preferred:
- •2-3 years in relevant industry
- •Experience with TikTok Shops as a seller or creator
- •Experience with listing creation, upload, and troubleshooting
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
