Spreetail is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in our Hutchins, Texas fulfillment center. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our fulfillment center is safe, compliant, and a place where employees want to work. How you will achieve success:
- Partner with leadership to make performance, culture, and conduct decisions while tracking information through HRIS and ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
- Serve as the on-site People & Culture contact, providing guidance on employee relations, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state-specific).
- Drive fulfillment center engagement by analyzing trends, leveraging employee feedback, and fostering a strong team culture.
- Support workforce management by coordinating schedules, monitoring time and attendance, and addressing performance and development needs.
- Oversee key HR functions, including onboarding, payroll analysis, compliance, and reporting on turnover and engagement metrics.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a fulfillment center/operations environment working with hourly populations, with a preference for 3+ years of employee relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
$55,000 - $70,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,000/year to $70,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
