Spreetail is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will directly contribute to the mission of providing efficient, timely, and accurate support to our Merchants and Brand Customers. As a Technical Account Manager, you own the administrative and operational functions that are critical in supporting our shared goals.
How you will achieve success:
- You are responsible for executing administrative tasks in the areas of systematic vendor and item setup, data integrity, PO confirmation and tracking, and receiving and invoice administrative support.
- Effectively utilizes the merchandising systems to complete daily tasks and proactively anticipate future tasks / issues for early resolutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through communication with brand customer, merchant teams, and operations teams.
- Collaborates with team members and support teams to complete tasks effectively and maintains communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and accurate item / PO level data.
- Proactively ensure delivered shipments are checked in, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile invoices to reduce administrative and operational burden on support teams, merchant, and brand partner.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and has strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Experience in the merchandising or retail industry
- Ability to maintain focus on goals and objectives that deliver results
- Learning agility to apply new practices in a constantly changing environment
- Communicates effectively with their team to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is high
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
