The Supply Chain department consists of Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Fulfillment and Reverse logistics. Supply Chain is focused on providing the best experience regardless of where goods are manufactured or shipped from. The goal is to delight our customer’s needs by providing next day delivery across the country.  

As a Transportation Analyst, you will:

    • Provide reporting, modeling, and dashboards that paint a clear picture of overall transportation performance; inbound and outbound logistics.
    • Review carrier performance to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
    • Understand other business performance impacts on transportation performance and cost; ensure that outside processes that may impact transportation ability are accounted for in analysis and improved to ensure efficiency.
    • Perform ongoing analysis of freight spend.
    • Understand dispatch and lane assignment strategies and work with internal and external partners to optimize logistics routing.
    • Partner with stakeholders as needed to drive change in practice, process, or inputs to drive efficiency in the network.
    • Identify gaps in data capture; ensure that we have the data needed to make the best decisions.
    • Proactively review the network for future impacts; understand how those changes will impact transportation. 

Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. 
    • 4-7 years of experience in the field.
    • Analytical experience preferably in warehousing/ecommerce with knowledge of SQL, PowerBI and Excel.
    • Experienced with process mapping and SOP documentation ability.
    • You have experience budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financials results.
