Spreetail is seeking an Accountant who will work on analyzing monthly financial statement accounts, executing month-end journal entries, designing business processes and providing team support in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment. The candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and has the ability to work and perform in a fun, agile, and fast paced business environment.

How you will achieve success:

    • Document policies and processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Analyze monthly financial statement accounts against prior month and prior year actuals.
    • Execute task and provide team support in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, department, and team metrics.
    • Identify problems and recommend solutions to resolve issues including summarizing and communicating recommendations to leadership.
    • Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis and interpret data to build recommendations that drive action.

What experiences will help you in this role:

    • 3+ years' experience in accounting/business/finance.
    • Strong Excel experience.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • CPA and public accounting experience is preferred.
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
