Fetterman for PA is looking to hire a full-time regional political director for South Eastern Pennsylvania. The committee is seeking hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join the team.


    • Be an integral part of the political dept for the country’s most important US Senate race 
    • Work with rest of the PA political team to meet goals across the Commonwealth
    • Work with the compliance/operations teams to ensure campaign events are fully compliant with federal rules and campaign best practices
    • Oversee and direct day-to-day more junior campaign political staff and interns
    • Directly liaise with movers and shakers across the state
    • Prospecting and establishing new political relationships
    • Build political events through phone and email outreach
    • Staffing political events and meetings
    • Assisting with other campaign-related activities as needed


    • At least 2 cycles of working for Democratic campaigns
    • Significant knowledge and understanding of the political environment in SEPA
    • Experience overseeing junior political staffers and/or interns
    • Demonstrated ability to plan campaign events, large and small, from start to finish
    • Experience staffing principals in political meetings and at events
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Self-motivated team player
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Access to reliable transportation (and a valid driver's license)
    • Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
    • Proficiency with NGP VAN, Mobilize, Microsoft Office, Google Docs
Salary is $5,500/month, plus benefits.
