Who We're Looking For (Position Overview)
Spry Methods is on the search for a Risk Management Lead to join our team in supporting one of our government contracts in Springfield, VA.

This person will:
•  Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
• Plan and lead major technology assignments
• Evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
• May supervise others

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities)

    • Lead execution of the Risk Management Framework to authorize IT systems
    • Provide information on whether information systems are operating at an acceptable level of risk to the organization
    • Perform information system risk assessments based on RMF artifacts and provided recommendations for authorization decisions
    • Support information system authorization decisions by:
    •      • Perform risk trade-off analyses
    •      • Develop risk mitigation strategies and solutions
    •      • Review information system plan of action & milestone (POA&M)
    •      • Review information system body of evidence (BOE) artifacts are complete and accurate
    • Provide technical analysis and supporting information through cybersecurity risk management activities such as: categorize an information system, select security controls, implement security controls, provide comprehensive assessments of an organizations risk posture
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to advise clients on technical designs, implementations, and solutions to protect against cyber security attacks 
    • A&A (RMF) SME with experience testing and assessing cyber security solutions

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)

    • Active TS/SCI with Poly
    • IAM-III - CISM, CISSP (or Associate), or GSLC
