Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
Spry Methods is on the search for a Release Train Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The Release Train Engineer will facilitate SAFe implementation, ensuring that the Agile Release Train (ART) aligns with program increments and objectives. This role involves coordinating PI planning, setting iteration goals, and supporting Agile ceremonies.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Facilitate SAFe implementation and ART coordination.
- Plan and manage program increments.
- Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
- Align iteration goals with PI objectives.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Top Secret Clearance is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Strong understanding of SAFe core values and principles.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
