Organizational Change Management

  • Do you have 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, consulting, or a related role in software, utilities, or technology-driven environments?
  • Do you currently hold a Prosci Change Management Certification or an equivalent recognized methodology certification?
  • Have you designed and delivered structured change management plans that included communications, training, sponsorship, and resistance management?
  • Do you have experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Trainers, technical staff) to implement change initiatives?
  • Are you comfortable traveling 25-40% within the U.S. and Canada for client projects? (Yes/No)
  • Do you have experience in professional services or SaaS delivery environments? (Yes/No)
