We’re looking for an experienced Community & Social Media Manager to help build, grow and serve our ever-growing community across different channels and platforms. We touch millions of users every day through our games and this scale comes along with very interesting business challenges which we will solve together, using a technology-agnostic and data-informed decision-making approach- filled with fun and creativity!

Job Responsibilities

    • Working on creating concepts, ideas, and designs for our social media platforms, while working hand in hand with our product teams to deliver consistent and in-sync messaging to our users. 
    • Target to grow our community, increase social engagement and conversion.
    • Leading daily operations across social media platforms owned by Spyke, working with creative and product teams to consistently deliver and push content to our users.
    • Delivering briefs for the production of creative content (picture & video) for social channels by collaborating with internal creative teams
    • Coming up with ideas to drive engagement across social platforms; like running contests, quizzes, game-related events. Creating the campaign and the associated post content for these ideas for a fun and engaging communication. 
    • Supporting your team to create fan-page contest posts, picking the winners, and announcing them. Keeping communication fun and engaging
    • Monitoring and analyzing game industry trends and culturally relevant moments to keep our social media efforts and messaging on point with the company vision.

Job Requirements

    • Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
    • Relevant Bachelor degree 
    • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media professional
    • Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Socialbakers, and such
    • Experience in creating and managing social network communities and analyzing the data around the effectiveness of campaigns.
