What we need your help with
The Talent Acquisition Manager - Paris will work under the direction of the Head of Talent and work hand-in-hand with our Director of Engineering. You will own and run all recruitment in Paris, mainly product and engineering roles but not exclusively. This role has a heavy recruitment focus but also requires the successful candidate to act as a business partner and contribute to the success of our Paris-based teams.
> Work with the Director of Engineering to anticipate our growth and define which roles to hire for
> Find, assess and hire the best candidates for each role
> Actively contribute to Sqreen’s reputation as a great employer for tech and tech-adjacent talent
> Act as a business partner to the product engineering organisation
Who you are
> Prior recruiting experience is strongly desired, this is not an entry level position
> A clear understanding of the HR BP role and a history of advising stakeholders is required
> You should like engineers and want to work with them and learn from them
> An understanding of technical roles is a clear advantage, but curiosity and ability to learn will also suffice
> You should be an excellent communicator in English, French not essential
> You should have good ideas about what makes a recruitment process great, and how to make the candidate experience a selling point in and of itself
> This is a Paris-based position and will eventually have a reporting line into San Francisco, as such, you must be able to work independently while also recognising that collaboration is vital
> We use Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle and platforms like talent.io and AngelList Talent, familiarity with these tools is a plus
> You must be able to prioritise diversity and inclusion of all kinds
Sqreeners come from all corners of the globe and all walks of life. Diversity is important to us, so if you're unsure, please apply!
