To manage Commercial Distribution activities for STA, in order to develop and cultivate relationships with key global strategic partners to ultimately deliver incremental visitors to KSA and implement several initiatives in collaboration with other functions (such as Shared Services, Technology, Marketing, etc.) that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures. 

You will be responsible for
·     Define, implement and maintain global strategic partnership standards and models.
·     Establish short and long-term targets for global strategic accounts, including targets by destination.
·     Identify opportunities for strategic alliances with global partners to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
·     Develop and cultivate relationships with key global strategic partners to incrementally deliver visitors to KSA.
·     Establish a strategic partner management capability within the CoE
·     Maintain regular contact with global strategic partners to identify and exploit mutually beneficial opportunities that further enhance KSA tourism.
·     Manage STA representation at Global trade events and implement frameworks covering representation at regional and local trade events.
·     Coordinate the theme of the event with internal and external KSA stakeholders.
·     Oversee and guide STA involvement in key trade events.
·     Manage trading through direct sales channels (e.g visitsaudi.com)
·     Establish expertise in packaging KSA products for global distribution such as; Saudi+, Events+, Umraah+ and Corporate Leisure
·     Promote KSA as a hub for corporate travellers to the Middle East
·     Coordinate availability of tools and content to train global trade partners.
Ensure an updated view of strategies and tactics of similar destinations is monitored for comparison and surfacing of best practices. 

You will need
·     Recommended not less than 17 years of experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably within tourism industry Travel and Hospitality (OTA, Bedbank, Tour Operators. Global Hotel Groups) or other relevant fields
·     A bachelor’s degree in Commercial, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
·     A master’s degree in Commercial, Business Administration is preferred
