In this role, you will be responsible for managing STA’s contract activities, which include contract development, contract/PO delivery monitoring, and variation order execution activities, in alignment with STA’s organizational mandate.

 

 

Periodically reviewing MOF contract guidelines and identifying need to review/update current contract templates

Liaising with Legal to agree on any necessary changes to contract templates

 

Receiving PO / LoA to set up contract and conduct risk assessment of the contract by reviewing documentation including provisions and conditions of the work to be performed, payment terms, termination terms, confidentiality, etc.

 

Developing and reviewing draft contract based on MOF and internal guidelines and issue to vendor for review, and receive feedback/ make amendments if necessary

 

Send proposed revised contract to Legal for approval highlighting changes to T&Cs

 

Obtain required contract signatures and share signed contracts with relevant external public entities

 

Reviewing status of final COC and payment confirmation through progress reports of Monitoring of Delivery process, and initiate contract closure process once final invoices are paid, and contractual obligations are met

 

Assessing the implications of pre-mature PO/Contract termination and cancel contracts as needed in coordination with relevant departments (e.g., Finance)

 

 

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent

 

At least 6 years of relevant experience

Previous experience in Contracts Management or similar role within government entity

Highly organized
