We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior People Business Partner with a passion for Employee Relations to drive our mission forward in the EMEA region. StackAdapt has team members across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Romania & The UAE. What you’ll be doing:

    • Provides business partnerships to Managers & Leaders, and executes HR business strategies to drive key business results; guide on People matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions across the EMEA region.
    • Implements and delivers solutions and interventions that address retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate.
    • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
    • Provide coaching to managers and employees on People policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and best practices.
    • Build trusted relationships with EMEA leaders and teams, serving as a strategic partner on all People-related topics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key business results through effective HR strategies.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being across the EMEA region.
    • Conduct surveys, analyze data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in employee experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:

    • 6+ years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, preferably in a global or EMEA-focused role. 
    • Strong understanding of EMEA employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations issues.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
    • You thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic world of tech. Ambiguity is your playground, and you know how to navigate it confidently.
    • C.I.P.D certification is a plus.
