We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as Director, Marketing Operations & Analytics, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing. During this period of rapid growth, we are looking for a leader to build and scale our marketing operations, reporting and analytics motions. You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a world-class team of marketers to drive marketing excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Build a world-class marketing operations motion with connected systems, processes and people to increase pipeline, conversion and efficiency. 
    • Drive full visibility of the pipeline and marketing funnel to improve decision making, including increased ROI and conversion across channels
    • Implement and improve our marketing attribution model to drive clarity on areas to invest, divest or improve. 
    • Lead marketing and revenue system integration to improve lead conversion, pipeline growth, and performance. 
    • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion at each stage, and pipeline value; ensure the funnel can be analyzed by key dimensions such as industry, product, region and persona.
    • Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department and broader organization.
    • Support the marketing budget process and ensure marketing costs are tracked correctly.
    • Proactively share marketing performance updates cross-functionally by connecting marketing, revenue, and finance to give visibility in our approach to hit shared company goals
    • Continually work to simplify systems and processes, avoiding over customization and driving the most streamlined systems that lead to the best outcomes. 
    • Manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and developing existing members and closing talent gaps where needed.
    • Partner with Procurement to negotiate contracts with vendors.
    • Work with several other departments across the organization from RevOps, Finance, and our Enterprise Data Office to align across data and financial analytical needs.

What You'll Bring to the Table

    • Proven marketing operations leader who has built and scaled world-class systems, processes and teams
    • Confident in scaling go-to-market (GTM) motions, building marketing attribution and reporting models, and supporting revenue teams to drive growth
    • Prior leadership and working experience in high growth company with previous ownership of reporting, analytics, funnel measurement and systems integration
    • Bring a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution with the ability to get into the details and do the work. 
    • At least 8 years of experience in a people leadership position has given you a strong set of leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how to build a performance oriented culture
    • Demonstrated experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack.
    • Proven experience with change management and organizational transformation
    • Superior knowledge of marketing data warehouses, data governance, and overall data strategy as it relates to marketing.
    • Experience working across a variety of martech tools, such as: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, attribution and measurement software, variety of ad platforms and networks, content and sales enablement tools, and general understanding of the interoperability regarding executing on automation pipelines.
