We’re looking for a Vice President of Analytics & Insights to join our team. 

This role will drive organizational success by diving deep into customer insights with advertisers and agencies, and unlock high performing optimization strategies to maximize our partners advertising performance. Reporting to the SVP of Client Services, you’ll be responsible for growing and developing a team of new and existing StackAdapters. This role leads a global team of ~40 programmatic and reporting analysts that build scaled analytics capabilities, insights driven partner business reviews, industry insights and thought leadership. A successful VP of Analytics & Insights must have a clear understanding of the global programmatic advertising business, deep expertise in analytical tools and frameworks, ability to integrate multiple internal and external data sets, and the unique ability to turn analytical insights into commercially driven actions with client services, sales teams and partners. 

StackAdapt is a Remote-First company and we are open to candidates located in North America.

What you'll be doing:

    • Design a scaled operating model to service strategic clients and partners with in-depth analytics and insights, while also creating scaled analytical services for the breadth of our partner portfolio.
    • Design, share, and execute against a global analytics strategy that motivates the team to effectively operate in a fast paced, high growth environment, and helps the sales team exceed their annual operating objectives. 
    • Directly support the revenue teams in client engagements with key clients and prospects, both in-person and virtually.
    • Effectively measure and maximize the impact and success of the team on customer campaign results, growth with StackAdapt, retention and satisfaction. 
    • Investigate and select third party tools and data sources that will enhance our customer driven analytics capabilities. 
    • Partner closely with Client Services and Sales peers to continue building a world-class customer operating model and analytics solutions. 
    • Partner with Product, Data Science, Revenue Strategy & Operations to identify and build the needed analytics and self-serve capabilities. 
    • Partner with Marketing and PR teams to build case studies, industry best practices and thought leadership. 
    • Partner with the Sales Enablement teams to drive analytical training and best practices across the Revenue organization. 
    • Hire, train, and lead a global team of Programmatic Analysts and Reporting Specialists to effectively partner with the Revenue teams to successfully service brands, agencies, and channel partners.
    • Build an employee development and training program to advance the skills and competencies of our analytical talent. 

We'll be reaching out to applicants that have:

    • Have built and led global analytics teams that are customer facing and responsible for driving customer level growth.
    • Expert level understanding of programmatic media strategies, agency & brand media buying processes, and the competitive landscape within the digital advertising ecosystem.
    • Successful track record building scaled reporting and analytics practices that can scale across hundreds if not thousands of partners. 
    • Deep understanding of implementing analytics tools  that can be deployed internally and externally for self-serve use. 
    • A deep knowledge of programmatic platforms and ecosystems, robust analytical skills and effective strategic planning.
    • Strong understanding of the unique needs and differences across global markets.
