We’re looking for a Sales Manager (SM) to join our growing ANZ Revenue team. 

The SM role is a combination of sales activities and customer relationship management. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for both growing existing business and closing net new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands. You’ll work closely with the StackAdapt Revenue and Account Managers to grow, retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients and building strong relationships. The role will have a split responsibility of bringing in new business ~70% and farming existing accounts ~30%. You will be collaborating daily with StackAdapters located remotely in Singapore, Australia and across the JAPAC region. 

Naturally, you will have experience bringing in new business and understand the client’s long-term business objectives, seeking partnership opportunities to further grow the client’s business with StackAdapt. The ideal candidate has extensive industry knowledge and provides a consultative sales approach for clients. 

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, this role is open to candidates who are ideally based across Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide.

What you'll be doing:

    • Involve in business development activities and prepared to hunt for new clients within the ANZ region
    • Identify, pitch, and close platform sales deals with agencies and brands
    • Prepare pitch materials and RFPs
    • Work closely with management/product teams to get products specified and built 
    • Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities 
    • Collaborate with Revenue and Account Managers to develop new campaign strategies for existing clients 

We'll be reaching out to applicants that have:

    • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/ or Advertising Technology
    • 1+ years of business development & sales experience in Programmatic 
    • Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business
    • Grown sales pipelines with CRM tools for efficiency and transparency using a strong follow-up process
    • Managed successful client deployments and ensured ongoing client satisfaction, renewal, opportunity discovery
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
    • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
